MGJ invest in Asia!

CHINA

When setting up a manufacturing and sales subsidiary in Shanghai, MGJ invest in a new device to produce their TRESYLENE® range in China. The aim is to supply the Asian clients, particularly markets related to major European Cosmetics brands.

MGJ deepen the range structuring!

A REFERENCE

With a constant wish to meet customers’ expectations in the major Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics and Chemicals markets, MGJ carry on the TRESYLENE® range structuring through the addition of new films (also called ‘‘facings’’) such as HDPE, PP, PET, PVDC for contact with bottled products. The TRESYLENE® brand becomes a reference and The necessary Standard on the capping liner market.

In order to meet customer requirements, the TRESYLENE® range is broadened to several densities: 250 kg/m3, 350 kg/m3, 450 kg/m3.

MGJ launch their TRESYLENE® flagship material for Cosmetics and Pharmaceuticals!

THE INVENTION

A French patent was filed to protect a manufacturing process of the symmetrical lamination of two barrier-films with polyethylene foam which immediately granted significant compression flexibility to foam and guaranteed tightness thanks to a film-product-contact. As a brand TRESYLENE® was born!

TRESYLENE® is an expanded polyethylene foam (also named ‘‘the core’’) covered both sides with a polymer film, most frequently HDPE or LDPE, or a multilayer film (lamination of several barrier structures) that will meet markets’ requirements.

TRESYLENE® offers a broad range of liners with various densities, nowadays between 200 and 450 KG/M3, and a series of available thicknesses from 1 to 3 mm.

TRESYLENE® provides advantages recognised by all players on the Market:

– A smooth aspect and impeccable aesthetics – The guarantee of barrier properties to flavours, gas and liquids – Utmost compatibility with the bottled product
